Nesting Studios website, brand, and online storefront (collectively, the "Services") are operated by Nesting Studios, located in Portland, Oregon, United States. Our e-commerce operations are securely hosted and powered by Shopify Inc. and its authorized regional affiliates.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, product designs, website layouts, original text, brand names, logos, and custom photography displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Nesting Studios or its licensors, protected under United States and international copyright and trademark laws.
  • Personal License Only: The purchase of any custom or print-on-demand product grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use and display only.
  • Commercial Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from duplicating, digitizing, replicating, or using Nesting Studios designs for commercial resale, secondary manufacturing, or digital distribution without explicit prior written consent.
3. Client-Supplied Content & Logos
For specific custom orders, clients may submit proprietary corporate logos or graphics ("Client Content") for print fulfillment. Nesting Studios retains no ownership over client-supplied assets. By submitting graphics, the purchasing party explicitly represents and warrants that they hold all legal rights, permissions, and trademark consents for reproduction. The buyer agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless Nesting Studios against any third-party intellectual property or copyright infringement claims arising from the fulfillment of their custom order.
4. Crucial Product Safety Disclaimer
⚠️ SAFETY WARNING (CHOKING HAZARD): Nesting Studios products, including our custom tabletop puzzles, contain small pieces and physical components. These parts pose a severe choking hazard to infants, toddlers, and domestic pets.
  • Our products are strictly not suitable for children under three (3) years of age.
  • All items must be used exclusively under close, continuous adult supervision.
  • By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges that any use or misuse of the items is at their own sole risk, and Nesting Studios disclaims all liability for injuries resulting from a failure to maintain appropriate supervision or heed safety warnings.
5. Sales & Logistics Architecture
Because our catalog consists entirely of custom, design-on-demand, and print-on-demand items, our operations adhere to strict automated constraints:
  • All Sales Final: Returns and order modifications are not accepted once production has commenced.
  • 7-Day Inspection Window: Any claims regarding physical product defects, printing damages, or missing packages must be formally submitted with photo evidence within 7 days of delivery.
  • Address Accuracy: Nesting Studios is not liable for fulfillment failures or secondary shipping fees resulting from customer typographical errors at checkout.
6. Governing Jurisdiction
This website, these notices, and any separate legal agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
